种植屋面市场规模的扩大有望带动防水行业的发展按国家要求,到2020年绿色建筑占新建建筑比重超过30%,这将有效带动新型建材、新能源、节能服务等产业发展,其潜在的市场规模或超万亿元。种植屋面作为绿色建筑的重要一环,有望乘着绿色建筑东风拓展市场规模,同时,与种植屋面息息相关的防水卷材行业也将受益。

中国建筑防水协会披露的数据显示,2017年1-6月,规模以上企业的沥青类防水卷材产量为44278万平方米,比去年同期增长11.4%。

从数据可以看出,我国沥青类防水卷材产量在逐年增加。在众多应用领域中,近70%的防水卷材产量都用于房地产建筑,包括种植屋面。可以预见的是,随着房地产行业的持续兴旺和种植屋面的发展,防水卷材的需求规模将继续扩大。种植屋面防水层材料的选择在用于种植屋面的防水材料的选用上应注意以下几个方面:1、由于草本植物根系发达,防水层可能受到植物根系的作用,选择不易受根系破坏的材料;2、种植屋面用防水材料必须具有耐水解、耐霉变、耐腐烂,并且有耐弱碱腐蚀的能力,纸胎油毡、复合胎防水卷材等,易水解的防水涂料均不宜选用;3、防水材料需有可靠的接缝密封性;4、防水层材料中不含可以水溶的重金属离子等损伤植物根系,影响植物生长的成分。

同时,在JC/T1075-2008《种植屋面用耐根穿刺防水卷材》行业标准中,规定可应用于耐根穿刺防水层的防水卷材,有如下五种:弹性体改性沥青防水卷材(GB18242-2008),塑性体改性沥青防水卷材(GB18243-2008),改性沥青聚乙烯胎防水卷材(GB18967-2009),聚氯乙烯防水卷材(GB12952-2011),高分子防水片材(GB18173.1-2012)。市场上近几年也推出了与聚录乙烯防水卷材功能相同的热塑性聚烯烃(TPO防水卷材)。促进种植屋面行业发展的措施在德国、瑞典、日本、新加坡、加拿大、美国等发达国家,种植屋面已十分普遍,并且有些国家还制定了相关的法律和法规。

The mean value of the inpidual value of 5 points shall be considered as thickness of membrane,and the minimum inpidual value shall be reported. .5.3.2.2L 类卷材厚度Membrane thickness(Class L)5.3.2.2.1 读数显微镜:最小分度值0.01mm,放大倍数最小20 倍。Reading microscope: minimum scale value is 0.01mm, with a minimum magnification of 20 times.5.3.2.2.2L 类纤维单面复合卷材按5.3.2.1 在5 点处各取一块50mm×50mm 试样,在每块试样上沿宽度方向用薄的锋利刀片,垂直于试样表面切取一条约50mm×2mm 的试条,注意不使试条的切面变形(厚度方向的断面)。

将试条的切面向上,置于读数显微镜的试样台上,读取卷材聚氯乙烯层厚度(不包括纤维层),对于表面压花纹的产品,以花纹最外端切线位置计算厚度。每个试条上测量4 处,厚度以5 个试条共20 处数值的平均值表示,并报告20 处中的最小单值。For membrane with single-ply fibre felt(Class L), take two test pieces(50mm×50mm) at 5 pointsmentioned in5.3.2.1, then cut a strip(50mm×2mm) vertical to the surface of test pieces with sharp blade.Try to avoid any deformation at cut face (refers to section in thickness direction) of the strip. Make cutface of the strip upward; put it on the test table of reading microscope to get the thickness of polyvinylchloride layer (exclude fibre layer). For product with embossing on the surface, calculate thicknessbased on the thickness at the furthest t tangent position of embossing. For each strip, 4 points shall bemeasured and the mean value of inpidual value of all 20 points for the 5 strips be considered as thethickness, and the minimum inpidual value shall be reported.5.4 外观Appearance卷材外观用目测方法检查。

The membrane shall be visually examined for appearance.5.5 拉伸性能Tensile property5.5.1 拉力试验机:能同时测定拉力与延伸率,保证拉力测试值在量程的20%~80%间,精度1%;能够达到(250±50)mm/min 的拉伸速度,测长装置测量精度1mm。10Tensile testing machine: It can test tensile force and elongation rate at the same time, ensure tensileforce test value within 20`80% of scale, with an accuracy of 1%; with a tension speed of (250±50)mm/min, and length measure to an accuracy of 1mm.5.5.2N 类卷材拉伸性能Tensile property of membrane(Class N)5.5.2.1 试验步骤Test procedure试件按图1 表4 要求裁取,采用符合GB/T528-1998 中7.1 规定的哑铃I 型如图2 所示试件,拉伸速度(250±50)mm/min,夹具间距约75mm,标线间距离25mm。用5.3.2.1 要求的厚度计测量标线及中间3 点的厚度,取中值作为试件厚度。Test piece shall be prepared in accordance with figure1 and table 4.Take dumb-belldumb-bell (type I)test piece in line with GB/T528-1998 as shown in figure 2, tensile speed (250±50)mm/min, distancebetween grips is 75mm, distance between marking lines 25mm. Measure the thickness of marking linesand 3 points in the center by thickness gauge as specified in sub clause 5.3.2.1 of GB/T58-1998, takethe mean value as thickness of test piece.将试件置于夹持器中心夹紧,不得歪扭,开动拉力试验机。

读取试件的最大拉力P,试件断裂时标线间的长度L1,若试件在标线外断裂,数据作废,用备用试件补做。
